At Heybike, we want you to ride with confidence and offer a 30-day return window for all electric bikes in their original, unused condition. Our goal is to ensure you are completely satisfied with your new ride through a transparent and efficient exchange process.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the reason for your return to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Prepare the Package
Carefully repack the e-bike in its original factory packaging, ensuring all tools, manuals, and battery chargers are included to avoid restocking fees.
Ship to Warehouse
Affix the provided shipping label and drop the package off at an authorized carrier location; please note that return shipping costs may be deducted from your final refund.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians inspect the returned bike for any damage or usage, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 to 7 business days.
