How long does shipping take for my electric bike?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Shipping via FedEx or UPS Ground generally takes 3-7 business days depending on your location within the continental United States.
Do Heybikes come fully assembled?
Our bikes arrive approximately 85% pre-assembled. We provide a comprehensive toolkit and a step-by-step assembly video to help you complete the remaining setup in about 30-45 minutes.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the bike in its original packaging. Please note that a restocking fee and shipping costs may apply for non-quality related returns.
How long does the battery last on a single charge?
Depending on the model, terrain, and pedal-assist level used, you can expect a range of 25 to 55 miles per charge. Our high-capacity lithium-ion batteries are designed for longevity and performance.
What kind of warranty do you offer?
Every Heybike comes with a 1-year comprehensive warranty covering manufacturing defects in the frame, motor, battery, and electrical components to ensure your peace of mind.
Can I ride my Heybike in the rain?
Heybikes are built to IPX4 water-resistant standards, meaning they can handle light rain and splashes. However, we recommend avoiding heavy downpours and never submerging the bike in water.
